That's been the throughline since the start. Building e-learning for global management teams when digital learning was finding its feet. Helping organizations figure out remote work when COVID sent everyone home. Shaping Implement Consulting Group's response to AI when ChatGPT made it everyone's question. None of it was planned — mostly being curious, showing up, and enjoying the people I got to figure things out with.

Today at Emerge, I work with international brands, football stars, and voices in entertainment, helping them grow by combining strategy, marketing, and AI in ways that are actually useful. What I love most is that I don't just think about the work — I build it too. Writing the copy, designing the page, prototyping the product, shipping the campaign. If something needs doing, it's usually more fun to just do it.
